What's Inside the Course

The course runs seven modules, designed to be worked through in order with Bambu Studio open in front of you:

• Module 1 — How FDM printing works, your printer's anatomy, the Bambu lineup, and the AI calibration that makes Bambu machines different
• Module 2 — What a slicer actually does and why Bambu Studio exists instead of just using Cura
• Module 3 — Installing Bambu Studio, navigating the interface, and setting it up right from day one
• Module 4 — Importing STL and 3MF files, manipulating models on the plate, and checking your model before you slice
• Module 5 — Filament profiles, loading with and without the AMS, and the three process settings that matter most
• Module 6 — Slicing, reading the preview, sending to your printer, and troubleshooting first layer failures
• Module 7 — Supports, bed adhesion options, and a set of pro shortcuts that most people only discover after years of printing

Every module ends with a hands-on exercise that requires the actual software or hardware in front of you. No passive reading — you learn by doing.

Who It's For

If you've never touched a 3D printer, this course starts at the very beginning. If you already have a Bambu machine and you've been guessing your way through settings, it'll fill in the gaps you didn't know you had. The only real prerequisite is basic computer literacy and a willingness to experiment.

The course was built specifically around Bambu Lab hardware — the X1C, P2S, X2D, A1, A2L, and the H2 series — but the foundational concepts apply to any FDM printer. Bambu Studio is the slicer we use throughout.

Why Free

Because this is the kind of resource I would have paid for when I was starting out, and I'd rather build a community of people who actually know what they're doing than put a paywall in front of the basics. TCoops Studios exists to share what works, without the gatekeeping that used to make 3D printing feel inaccessible.
