This policy covers returns and exchanges for orders placed through the TCoops shop, including TCoops Create, The Crafty Can, and Finkbeiners.
Each brand is handled a little differently below — 3D-printed goods, handmade crafts and preserves, and vintage finds all have their own considerations.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered or picked up to request a return or exchange. This window applies storefront-wide, across all three brands, with the brand-specific exceptions described below.

For standard returns and exchanges, items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where applicable. This applies to non-food, non-custom items — see the brand-specific sections below for how food items and custom orders are handled.

Final sale. Prints made to your specifications (custom sizing, personalization, colour requests, etc.) can't be returned or exchanged.
Handmade Crafts & Decor
The standard 14-day return and exchange policy applies. Small variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal for handmade items — not considered a defect.
Pantry Goods & Preserves
Local pickup and local delivery only (Calgary and surrounding area) and aren't shipped, so there's no mail-back return process for these — see below.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our pantry goods. If you're not, contact us and we'll do whatever we can, within reason, to make it right — a replacement, store credit, or refund, handled case by case.
The standard 14-day return and exchange policy applies to Finkbeiners' curated vintage and antique pieces.
Approved refunds are issued automatically back to your original payment method through our payment processor once the refund is processed on our end. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.
This applies to mailed returns (TCoops Create, The Crafty Can crafts, and Finkbeiners items shipped outside the local Calgary area) — local pickup and local delivery orders don't need to be mailed back; see the section below.
For orders fulfilled by local pickup or local delivery in the Calgary area, there's no need to mail anything back. Just reach out by email and we'll sort out a replacement, exchange, redelivery, or refund directly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at [email protected] with photos as soon as possible. We'll cover return shipping (where applicable) and get you a replacement or refund. This applies across all three brands — for The Crafty Can's pantry goods and preserves, this is handled through the satisfaction guarantee above rather than a mail-back return.
